Dale has been consulting on front office hires for over 18 years. Before the 2007 financial collapse Dale mostly consulted for investment banks on senior hires in fixed income, leveraged finance and securitisation. Whilst still supporting investment banking clients, Dale utilised his expertise to assist buy-side firms on hires created from the dislocation in credit markets. This experience includes a successful track-record across structured products, structured finance, real estate debt, NPL's, direct lending, CLO's and distressed debt. Recently Dale has advised many leading hedge funds and private equity houses on senior investment hires in European private debt. His track record spans origination, structuring, credit analysis, credit risk, trading & portfolio management across performing and distressed credit. This bandwidth allows Dale to offer a full view of the entire buy-side leveraged credit investor market across different asset classes, providing a unique and invaluable perspective to fund managers making strategic human capital decisions.
