We may suggest operating on a contingency basis for opportunistic hires. Through this service targeted and relevant candidates will be introduced based on a more limited search. Through this service candidates are interviewed, thoroughly briefed and will be fully qualified for a specific hire. Due to the increased execution risk on our part, a contingency search may be costlier to execute incurring a higher price for our clients
